Think Elite Self-Therapy is a programme of psychological wellbeing that will help identify
your thoughts and beliefs. It’s a scientifically backed, in-depth, low-cost, method of self-

agree you do not have severe mental health difficulty. You also agree that, in signing up, you
undertake to have your GP or other registered medical professional, know that you are
undertaking this course and also that you undertake to contact your GP/medical/mental
health professional if you have concerns, including feeling suicidal during the completion of
